Morning Logistics
Pre-K through 5th graders begin the worship service
with their parents and are dismissed midway through
to go upstairs with their teachers. Please sign-up
children to attend Sunday School at the GraceKids
sign-in table, prior to entering the auditorium.
Families with children Pre-K-1st grade will be
given a pager, which will be required for child
pick-up after the service in the upstairs classrooms
following the worship service.
Pre K-1st grade Spring quarter curriculum is called Studying God’s Word. The children will join Tina Bauer in an exploration of Old and New Testament stories to learn the importance of God’s Word. Together they will discover what it means to become devoted to God’s Word, to hide His Word in their hearts, and to live by it. The curriculum for the 2nd-5th grade children, with teachers Giselle and Ross Secor, is entitled Telling Others. They will learn about the power of the Holy Spirit and their calling to tell others about Jesus. They will discover how they can take part in sharing the good news and what it means to support those who persevere in doing the work of global missions.
Children of nursery and toddler age (0-3) meet together in room 105 (upstairs)
for the whole service. You will receive a pager when you drop off your child
prior to the worship service. Your pager will be required for pick-up of your
child. Class time includes Bible stories, singing, free play, crafts, and snacks
and is supervised by professional childcare staff.
