Opportunities To Connect & Grow

It has been said that the church is equal parts mystery and mess. The mystery is that God intends to transform us as we follow Him together even when the sum total of our relationships is often mess. The gospel holds out the promise and hope that we can change and grow and that we will do so primarily together.

The avenues into deeper relationship and growth here at Grace Marin are diverse and varied with the intent that all will find a fit, regardless of age, stage and pace of life.  Please contact John Sweet with further questions about what group might be right for you or simply follow the link below to join a group.

Discipleship Groups are same-gender groups of three to four people who commit to meet regularly to intentionally foster spiritual growth and the application of the gospel to all of life through connection, support and accountability.  Each group is led by a lay-leader who has participated in a group previously and is accountible to and supported by the pastoral staff.  If you would like to hear more or join a group, contact John Sweet.

Join us as we pursue discussion questions related to the previous day's sermon and enjoy friendship and good food. Our purpose is to help one another apply the gospel to life as a regular practice.  All (men!) are welcome.

We will be studying Genesis on Friday mornings from 9:30-11 at Red Hill Church in San Anselmo. Enter the church through the door adjacent to the back parking lot. Child care is available. Contact Gwen Miles for info.

We are starting a new season of a Community Group that is open to anyone, but convenient to northern Marin and family friendly. As we meet with God and one another for study, prayer and community, good things tend to happen. The Bible calls this transformation! Join us from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Oblites’ home. We will share a potluck dinner first. Child care is provided. Contact Charlie Oblites.

Join the men of Grace Marin for a fantastic breakfast and an opportunity to dig deeper into friendship and the challenges and joys of following Jesus as men in Marin.  Pastor Rod likes to bring in guest facilitators from time to time, but regardless, these mornings always prove to be rich and encouraging.
