Opportunities To Connect & Grow

Discipleship simply mean walking with Jesus. It's movement; it's growth.

  • UP toward deeper relationship with God,
  • IN to the people we are made to be, and
  • OUT toward our neighbors in love.

The engine of this growth is Jesus’ grace and Spirit. The rhythms and habits are there for us: prayer, Bible study, worship, service and more. The place growth happens is in community. No Christian is an only child!

The comma is key! As followers of Jesus we grow, and we do it together. And we grow together–into deeper friendship with one another

Community Groups are about cultivating relation-ship with God and friendship with others
andare the primary place of connection at Grace.  G-roups of 8- 12 meet twice a month in homes throughout Marin on weekday evenings and Sunday a-fternoons.

All are open to new participants.

Here is a list of current groups open to new members.

Learning Groups are study and application orient-ed. There are many groups covering various topics at different times as needs and interest arise. Whether you are new to studying the Bible or have been "in the game" for a while, you will be challenged and encouraged no matter which group you attend.

Here is a list of our current opportunities:

Discipleship Groups are same-gender groups of three to four people who commit to meet regularly to intentionally foster spiritual growth and the application of the gospel to all of life through connection, support and accountability.  Each group is led by a lay-leader who has participated in a group previously and is accountible to and supported by the pastoral staff.  If you would like to hear more or join a group, contact John Sweet.

Join the men of Grace Marin for a fantastic breakfast and an opportunity to dig deeper into friendship and the challenges and joys of following Jesus as men in Marin.  Pastor Rod likes to bring in guest facilitators from time to time, but regardless, these mornings always prove to be rich and encouraging.
